  • The facts speak for themselves and it should be something that everyone in healthcare should be aware of. In this digital age it is assumed if you have a computer or a smart phone you therefore have access to a wealth of information and my default you have all the information you need to manage your health. This is clearly not the case and more needs to be thought of in how information is provided and the ways in which it should be provided to ensure that it is truly effective and the patient understands what is required from them.
